- Thermal Procedures
Hot-Air Welding: Overlapping edges are welded together by means of hot air and pressure.
Hot Wedge Welding: The materials are welded together by means of a heated steel wedge and pressure. - High Frequency Welding
A high-frequency electromagnetic wave is generated and applied to the workpiece under high pressure. Through the emerging heat, the plastics melt from the inside and connect together non-detachably. - Impulse Welding
Welding is accomplished by using a combination of pulsating current and pressure. The heat input can be adjusted very precisely. - CNC Cutter
A CNC cutter is a computerized cutting machine which provides excellent cutting quality even if the cut is complicated. - CNC Sewing Machine
A computerized sewing machine measuring 18 metres in length allows for perfect finishing of long seams. The sewing machine can process special yarns, for example steel reinforced yarns. Wrinkle-free and very durable seams are archieved through prestretching of the material. - CAD Processing
